Jason Dembeck is one of the best REALTORS in Denver and I have worked with several over the years.He is extremely knowledgeable in his field, competent, and thorough. He takes the time to meet with you to make sure you are a good fit for working together. He explains all documents thoroughly, and listens to your needs. He is always available and returns calls or texts the same day. He answered all my questions throughout the buying process. He assisted me in getting grant monies that I did not know were available. He knows what to look for in a house: pro’s and cons. He made sure the inspection and final walk through issues were addressed and taken care of. He even assisted with questions about breaking my rental lease when I found the place I wanted to buy. He is not high pressure and cares about finding you the right place; not just interested in making a commission with as little effort as possible as I found many realtors to be. He follows through till the end.I would highly recommend him to anyone and would exclusively use him again should I ever decided to move again. I was very pleased with his professionalism and his efforts. He went the extra mile.
